CHANEL Creative Director Virginie Viard said, she loves the traditional way of the family and friends gathering together which represents the spirit of CHANEL. Indeed, CHANEL is the big family. At the beginning of the show, all the models and background are black and white. It reflects not only the CHANEL Classic Colors but also the throwback of the old good times when people in that generation were all shown in these off-white photos. Interesting contrast turned the scenes straightly to the modern colourful life which was filmed by photographer Anton Corbijn in the Haute Couture Salons at 31 rue Cambon in Paris.
Before the show started, CHANEL released the process how they made the dresses for this Haute Couture Collection. Total 32 Looks will hit the show.
They made the shooting for the family portrait before the show.
I love the way when models walking down the stairs whispering each other with the laugh.
First Look of the show wearing the flower wreath kicked off the party.
The off-shoulder black dress describes the classic caliber woman.
The dream silk tulle skirt with the romantic embroidered vest make this look like in the fairy tale.
Black lace dress with a little bit rock ‘n’ roll really caught my eyes.
The plus-size models defied traditional conceptions of beauty. Dutch Model Jill Kortleve perfectly represented CHANEL show.
The end of the show is the highlight and big surprise because the model wearing the finest embroidery bridal look slowly jumped out of the white horse and walked solo the runway who won the applause.
