Christkindlmarkt | Munich Christmas Market | Germany

A ll I want for Christmas is you. Finally, I came back to Munich again after couple of mouths. Even though everything was freezing clod in winter, what I miss were not only the persons but the air I breathed.

Hey Dears,

As I said, Vienna is my second home in Europe. I think, Munich right now could be the second one to replace Vienna since this year because I’ve just lived here and have more friends than before. Finally, I came back to Munich again after couple of mouths. Even though everything was freezing clod in winter, what I miss were not only the persons but the air I breathed.

The European Bus Station in Munich is more convenient and much closer to the city center. And I would not like to stay in Vienna alone for the next two days so that I decided to take the bus instead of taking the airplane to meet my lovely friend during this special time. It took almost 4.5 hours by taking Felix Bus from Vienna to Munich. For me, staying in the comfortable Bus is not a problem and I could just fall asleep as soon as possible because of the exhausted body working over 13 hours in the cabin.

It had been a long time not to see my lovely Natalija. If you already read my posts about the life in Munich or Berlin, you might know this smart girl I mentioned before. The friendship was so amazing from Berlin to Munich. The most important is, someone really treat you as a true friend no matter how far the distance is.

Natalija and I started to take a walk from Karlsplatz to Marienplatz and talked about the life and the future before her beautiful Mother joined us. This Area is still my favorite shopping place in Munich, but we just did window shopping this time. All the streets were decorated with gorgeous Christmas golden lights around Marienplatz, especially the Gothic “Neues Rathaus” which is the similar one as in Vienna always caught my eyes.

Oh! I love Christmas Markets so much especially in the German Speaking countries. People call Christmas Market in Munich as Christkindlmarkt. I enjoyed being overwhelmed by the lights with hopes shining in the dark night. Thanks for being with me around the Christmas Market and celebrating my birthday together in advance. Without drinking any cup of Glühwein but feeling the wonderful Christmas atmosphere could be the best memories as well this time.

I do really want to be here forever, maybe it could be just a pipe dream in my mind, or maybe one day the dream would come true. Who knows? I wish I could stay here longer as I could. After going back to Vienna, I spent my whole birthday in this 11 hours flight from Vienna back to Taipei. Well, it’s crew life. At least, my colleagues were pretty nice and so the passengers as well.

Happy landing!

Liebe Freundin in München. Meine Schatz.

Ciao ciao!

Love,
